Home Organization & Small Space Design
Every project begins with a phone conversation about your project followed by a one-hour in-home consultation. During this visit, we'll walk through your space, discuss your goals, identify challenges, and explore solutions tailored to your needs.
A consultation fee of $75 is required at least 48 hours in advance to secure your appointment.
All organizing projects are completed in 3-hour sessions, with a minimum commitment of two sessions.
As a general guideline, a small to medium-sized pantry or closet can often be completed within two sessions, depending on factors such as the volume of items to sort, the level of editing required, and whether organizational products need to be sourced, assembled and installed (see Add On Services).
Following your consultation, you will receive a customized estimate outlining the number of sessions anticipated for your project. Because every home, space, and client is unique, actual project timelines may vary.
Clients are welcome to add additional sessions or, after completing the two-session minimum, continue implementing the organizational plan on their own as needed.
While all projects require a minimum of two sessions, any unused time is never wasted. If we complete your project ahead of schedule, you may use the remaining time for another organizing task or gift the time to a friend or family member who would like to book an organizing project of their own.
3-Hour Organizing Session: $250
Two-Session Minimum Required
To reserve your project dates, payment for the first 3-hour organizing session ($250) is required at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Payment for the second 3-hour session ($250) will be collected at the conclusion of the first session. All projects require a minimum commitment of two 3-hour organizing sessions.
In the unlikely event that your appointment is canceled by Nested Haven, 100% of your fee will be refunded within 48 hours. Appointments canceled by the client with less than 48 hours notice are non-refundable.
Clients who have purchased the two-session minimum may also purchase add-on services to be completed off-site, outside the session hours. These services include, but are not limited to, mood boards, custom label design and printing, product sourcing and procurement, returns and exchanges, and other project-related tasks completed outside of scheduled organizing sessions.
Project support services are billed at $60 per hour plus the cost of any materials, supplies, or products purchased on the client's behalf with the purchase of two 3-hour sessions.
