Every project begins with a phone conversation about your project followed by a consultation lasting up to 60 minutes. During this visit, we'll walk through your space, discuss your goals, identify challenges, and explore solutions tailored to your needs.  

I will offer various suggestions on how to address your goals at the consultation and explain how I can be of assistance.  You can choose to implement these on your own or purchase a session with Nested Haven to lighten your load.

A consultation fee of $75 is required at least 48 hours in advance to secure your appointment.  

All organizing projects are approached in 3-hour sessions.  Your session price includes planning time for your project before your session, as well as donation drop-off that occurs outside of your on-site, three hour organizing session.

As a general guideline, a small to medium sized closet or pantry can often be completed in one or two sessions depending on factors such as the volume of items to sort, the level of editing required, and whether organizational products need to be sourced, assembled and installed (see Add On Services).

Following your consultation, you will receive a customized estimate outlining the number of sessions anticipated for your project. Because every home, space, and client is unique, actual project timelines may vary.

Once a three hour session is complete, clients may choose to add another session if needed or continue implementing the organizational plan on their own.  No there no obligation beyond the three hour minimum session.

Should your project be completed with session time to spare, Nested Haven will gladly use the remaining time to work or advise on another project in your home on the same day or arrangements can be made to carry forward the remaining session time onto a future session* so that no hours are wasted.

To reserve your project date(s), payment for the first 3-hour organizing session ($275) is required at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. 

In the unlikely event that your appointment is canceled by Nested Haven, 100% of your fee will be refunded within 48 hours. Appointments canceled by the client with less than 48 hours notice are non-refundable.

Clients who have purchased two or more sessions may also purchase add-on services to be completed off-site, outside the session hours. These services include, but are not limited to, mood boards, custom label design and printing, product sourcing and procurement, returns and exchanges, and other project-related tasks completed outside of scheduled organizing sessions.

Project support services are billed at $60 per hour plus the cost of any materials, supplies, or products purchased on the client's behalf with the purchase of at least two 3-hour sessions.
